One year ago, in October 2011, Congress approved the United States-Korea Free Trade Agreement (KORUS FTA). The passage of this important trade deal signaled the Obama Administration's commitment to expanding business opportunities for American companies in the growing Asian markets.
Many Virginia-based businesses have already taken advantage of this FTA and others are looking into opportunities to enter this new market. If you are an entrepreneur or work for a business looking to grow, this event is for you!
Delegate Mark Keam is pleased to join the Export-Import Bank of the United States to present this Global Access Forum on Friday, October 26, from 8:30 am to 12 noon, at his offices located near Tysons Corner at 1952 Gallows Road, Vienna, VA.
This free event will feature experts from the federal, state and local governments as well as from the Korean government who will provide helpful information such as:
- Finding new markets and customers
- Accessing vital working capital
- Extending credit to your buyers
- Obtaining protection against the risk of nonpayment
- Understanding how to use government resourcessize =2.5> font color=#0B1275>
